Welcome to the homepage of Godfrey, Illinois Boy Scout Troop 137!

Troop 137 is a relatively new troop, housed at Godfrey First United Methodist Church (www.godfreyfirst.org) in Godfrey, Illinois.  We meet on Tuesday nights during the school year from 7:00pm - 8:30pm.  We currently have 2 patrols (the Black Pumas and the Cobras) with a total of 8 boys.

Since September 2010, our troop has been very active, fishing, camping, shooting, etc.  We even joined the Polar Bear club on an overnight campout in December 2010 and again January 2012.  For 2012, a second Orienteering event, climbing, more shooting, camping @ Beaver Dam State Park and summer camp June 24 - 30 @ Camp Joy in Carlyle, Illinois.

Troop 137 will also be hosting an Eyes On The Eagle 5K Run/1M Walk on May 19th, 2012 @ Glazebrook Park in Godfrey, Illinois.
